Thank you for visiting our internet site.  It is our hope to provide a 'One Stop' site that will provide information to anyone interested in seeing the West Nyack flooding issues resolved.

Periodically Google updates its Satellite Images for its maps.  Go to our MAPS page and zoom in on the Klein Ave area, as well as others around West Nyack, to see pictures taken just days after the April 2007 flood.

Understanding the full scope of the flooding issues in West Nyack, and the possible solutions, can be difficult.  The document below was authored by Bob Dillon, a long time Rockland County resident and West Nyack business owner.  It boils down many years of research into a comprehensive description of both the problems and potential solutions surrounding the flooding problems in West Nyack.
