USGS Gauge Located Due South of the CSX Railroad Crossing at PlasticCraft This link will take you to the USGS's page that graphs the flow and height of the water just South of the CSX railroad crossing at PlasticCraft. We have learned that when the CFS reaches over 900 there is a high potential for property damage due to flooding. Also, those of you studying the effects of the CSX railroad on the Klein Avenue area should note that when the 'Gauge Height' reaches 8 feet that means the water has hit the bottom of the CSX railroad overpass. This means that the railroad overpass has become a dam and water will begin to rise at an alarmingly faster rate.
